Educator Retention

The Educator Retention page details retention rates for your EPP by certification type and first employed year. An additional visualization shows employment role changes by employment year.

Navigate to Educator Retention

Select the “Educator Retention” page from the menu. On this page, you will be able to filter information by Certification Year, LEA, Certification Route, Certification Role, Race/Ethnicity, and Gender.

View Educator Retention by Years and Positions by Certification Year

The first visual is titled, “Educator Retention.” This chart indicates the total counts of educators retained by certification type, first employment year, and total years (1 year-5 years) for your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters.

Click on each column title to sort the table in ascending or descending order.

View the Number of Employment Role Changes

The second visual is titled, “Employment Role Change.” This graph indicates the number of employed candidates for an academic year in your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters.
