Pass Rates Per Exam

The Pass Rates Per Exam page details pass rates in an admission cohort or academic year for your EPP. This page includes exam outcomes by attempt, pass rates by gender, and pass rates by race/ethnicity.

Navigate to Pass Rates Per Exam

Select the “Pass Rates Per Exam” page from the menu. On this page, you will be able to filter information by Year, Content Exam, Certificate Route, Certification Role, Race/Ethnicity, and Gender.

Select Admission Cohort or Academic Year

  1. Use the Academic Cohort button to view candidate characteristics for candidates in the same cohort.
  2. Use the Academic Year button to view candidate characteristics for all candidates in a specific academic year, regardless of cohort.

Select First, Second, or Best Attempt

Use the buttons in the center of the page to select pass rates for the First, Second, or Best Attempt.

View the Count and Percentage of Candidate Pass Rate

The first visual is titled, “Candidate Pass Rate.” This pie chart indicates the count and percentage of candidate pass rates for your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters and selection of Admission Cohort or Academic Year and First, Second, or Best Attempts on exams.

View the Pass Rate by Gender

The second visual is titled, “Pass Rate by Gender.” This bar graph indicates the percentage of pass rates by gender for your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters and selection of Admission Cohort or Academic Year and First, Second, or Best Attempts on exams.

View the Exam Outcomes by Attempt

The third visual is titled, “Exam Outcomes by Attempt.” This bar graph indicates the count of exam outcomes by attempt for your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters and selection of Admission Cohort or Academic Year and First, Second, or Best Attempts on exams.

View the Pass Rate by Race/Ethnicity

The fourth visual is titled, “Pass Rate by Race/Ethnicity.” This graph indicates the percentage of pass rates by race/ethnicity for your EPP. This view will change based on your selected filters and selection of Admission Cohort or Academic Year and First, Second, or Best Attempts on exams.
